PLEASE NOTE: Our refund policy for in-store purchases is different than our web refund policy. The policy for in-store purchases is printed on your receipt and posted in store.

 

In-Store Purchases

Showcase guarantees products are free from manufacturer defects for 30 days after purchase with a valid receipt unless otherwise noted on your receipt.

If your product is found to have a manufacturer defect, Showcase will issue a store credit. Simply return it to the store you purchased it at. Click here for our Showcase Store Locations.

 


Online Purchases

When purchasing online, please contact Customer Service for additional instructions and an RA (Return Authorization) number. Click here to get your RA number now. For items deemed to be defective by the Showcase Returns Department, credit will be issued to cover the cost of return shipping.  Please note that for all other returns, customer is responsible for return freight charges.
